Bankers Fidelityhas updated their claims address to (effectively immediately):PO Box 211701Eagan, MN55121This is different fromBankers Life (and Colonel Penn).Their address remains (the same):PO Box 1935Carmel 46082-1938or Fax to: 312-396-5951Remember, Medicare will cross over the claim (for both) after they have paid their 80%.If 30 days have passed and you have not been paid, then print a copy of the Medicare EOB with an HCFA for the Bankers Life claim and mail them together. I also noticed they ask that you note the patient's name and the supplemental id# number at the bottom left corner of the Medicare EOB.
